Darrell is a former minor league pitcher who played in the Philadelphia Phillies organization from 1986 through 1989.

He was drafted out of North County High School in Desloge, Mo with the 7th pick in the 15th round (374) of the June 1986 1st year player draft.

D. W. Rutledge

Texas High School Coaches Association

 

D. W. Rutledge is a former high school football coach and current executive director of the Texas High School Coaches Association. Rutledge is one of the most successful coaches in Texas high school football history, winning four state championships in the state's highest classification.

A native of Houston, Texas, Rutledge attended Sam Houston High School and later the Texas Lutheran University, where he captained the school's 1974 NAIA Division II National Championship team and was a Kodak All-American linebacker for head coach Jim Wacker. Upon his graduation, he became an assistant at Judson High School in Converse, Texas, serving as defensive coordinator for the 1983 5A state championship squad. Rutledge was named head coach in 1984, guiding Converse Judson to a 197-32-5 record in 17 seasons.

Rutledge co-authored a book titled Coaching To Change Lives. The Judson football stadium in Converse was renamed in his honor.

 

 

 

 

Phil Rosengren

 

Phil grew up in Rye, NY and was drafted on three separate occasions: first by the Detroit Tigers as a High School Senior, then following his Junior year at Northwestern by the Atlanta Braves, and finally by the Cleveland Indians after his graduation in 1999.
Most recently, Phil pitched for the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League. His years of pro experience and his commitment to studying the art (and science) of pitching give him a real understanding of what it takes to be a successful pitcher at any level.

McCrae played his high school ball at Kaufman High School in Kaufman, Texas.
Upon graduation, McCrae headed to Arkansas to play for Ouachita Baptist University and earned a BA in Psychology.
  
  
  
 

Justin Bigham


Justin has pitched collegiately for the past 2 seasons with his last stint in Lamar, Colorado. He currently sports a 93+mph fastball along with 6 off-speed pitches. Justin recently signed with Northwood where he will fit into the rotation well and continue working towards his degree in Business Management.
 
 
 
 
 
Coach Brian Carter
 

Coach Brian Carter grew up playing soccer in Waco, Texas for the Waco Blast Soccer Club. He was a member of the Midway High School Panther soccer team from 1987 – 1990, where he earned several all-district honors. Coach Carter graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors degree in Finance where he was also a member of the Club Soccer Team.

Coach Carter has coached on various levels including 7 years as a head coach for the Genesis Soccer Club in Garland, where his team won multiple tournament and premier league championships. Carter has also been to Europe as a player with the Teams USA Program in 1989, as well as a coach for his Genesis team in 2001. Carter is entering his 23rd year of coaching, 9th year as Head Coach of the Kaufman High School Soccer Teams, and is an NTSSA "D" licensed coach.




Jason Schreiber


As a baseball coach at Alvin College in Texas since 2000, Jason Schreiber has sent more than one hundred players to the Division I level and twenty into the pros with two of those making MLB rosters. Schreiber holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration from the University of Houston and a master’s degree in fitness and human performance from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Before his coaching career, Schreiber was named Houston high school player of the year at Bellaire High School in 1993. His college career included one season at the University of Kansas, one season at San Jacinto Junior college and two seasons for the University of Houston.

 

 

 

Kevin Trost

 

Coach Trost returns as an Assistant Coach for the Cosumnes River College Hawks for the start of the 2016 season. This is the second time Trost will work as an Assistant Coach for the Hawks’ program. Trost is returning after over 20 years of coaching with other programs nationally and in the local area.

Trost has over 40 years of experience as a player and coach with his expertise in pitching, catching, and defensive strategy. Trost was a nationally recognized pitcher in the Men’s Fastpitch Major Division for 15 years, and started his coaching career in 1987 at Sacramento City College where his staff led Sacramento City College to their first State Title in 1988.

Trost has worked with many Division 1 programs including Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas State, and spent one season as the pitching coach for Sacramento State University in 1992.

Additionally, Trost has coached at the high school and ASA level which included a Triple Crown Series 14U National Title with the California Breeze in 2013. Trost has been a clinician and private instructor for a large part of his career.

Trost handles the pitching and catching, and assists with all aspects of the Cosumnes River College Softball Program.

 

 

 

Ryan Wondrasek

 

Ryan Wondrasek is currently a Division I assistant softball coach at University of Nebraska Omaha.

Previously, Ryan served as an assistant softball coach at St. Gregory's University and also assisted with SGU Baseball in 2014.

Prior to St. Gregory’s, Wondrasek spent five years serving as a varsity assistant baseball coach and catching instructor at Norman North. Under his guidance, Norman North produced back-to-back Oklahoma All-State catchers in 2011 and 2012.

He is also the director of Wondrasek Catching, which provides private and group baseball and softball instruction for kids of all ages. 

 

 

 

Jason Willis

Stratford High School

 

Jason Willis has been a head baseball coach in the state of Texas for 12 years.  His teams have made 8 trips to the playoffs and has helped Willis accumulate close to 200

career wins coaching in some of the most competitive districts in the state.  In his 8 years at Stratford High School in Houston, he has had 52 players receive All District recognition as well as 21 players go on to continue there playing careers at the collegiate level.

Along with the traditional ways of teaching the game to his players, Willis also searches for and utilizes unconventional methods to get his philosophies across to the players in his program.

Brandon Bippert

 

San Antonio Earl Warren High School

 

Coach Bippert is a 1997 graduate of Medina Valley High School where he excelled as a four sport athlete. A four year starter in baseball, Bippert earned 1st team all-district and 1st team all-area honors three years and was all-state in 1997 as the Panthers were the state runner-up in class 3A.  The team and individual honors continued for the next four years at St. Mary's University as he was all-conference as a sophomore and a big part of the Rattlers' 2001 NCAA D-II National Championship team. Coach Bippert just completed his 8th year as the head baseball coach at Warren High School. Other coaching stops include William H Taft, Odessa High, and Lytle High School.  Bippert is a member of the executive committee of the San Antonio Area Baseball Coaches Association and also a Region 4 Director in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association. Brandon has been married to his beautiful wife Makenzie for 12 years.  They had four sons Jase, Keegan, Kellen and Drew.
